Samdperil & Welsh is located in the heart of Rockingham County, in downtown Exeter, New Hampshire. Our office is just blocks from Phillips Exeter Academy and less than 12 miles to Portsmouth, Hampton, and the University of New Hampshire (UNH Durham). Our attorneys regularly appear in courts from the I-93 corridor to the New Hampshire seacoast.
